After more than 15 years in various management positions, I founded ABthreeC GmbH in 2024 because I am convinced that change requires clarity, structure, and people who take responsibility. I support companies and executives in successfully mastering digital transformation and using change as an opportunity. I also aim to inspire more people to engage with the world of finance and administration.

I love to organize complex contexts and create structures that work. I am driven by the question: How do we make the best of what we have – and why doesn't it exist yet?

For me, change is not a risk, but an opportunity to rethink things and do them better.

I approach every task with enthusiasm and passion, and with the ambition to always give 100%. For solutions that create real added value, and for the people who shape them with me.

In particular, the areas of administration, finance, investment management, and management are close to my heart. They are the backbone of every company and crucial for sustainable success. Their digitalization and optimization are not just a project for me, but a strategic investment in the future, which is a fundamental building block for sustainable success.

I am a cheerful Rhinelander with an entrepreneurial spirit and believe that change is not only possible but can be shaped. I prefer to spend my free time hiking, skiing, swimming, cross-country skiing, and enjoying good food.
