For over 10 years, I have been supporting organizations in their digital transformation projects, bridging the gap between business needs, users, and technological solutions.

My expertise covers project management, Product Ownership, AMOA, change management, and more recently, the integration of generative artificial intelligence into business processes.

Since 2024, I have been assisting companies in identifying high-value AI use cases, deploying Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform, as well as facilitating the adoption of these new tools by teams.

AI training and acculturation are now a significant part of my work. I act as a consultant and trainer on topics related to generative AI, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and new digital uses. I design educational programs, lead workshops, conduct business demonstrations, and support employees in skill development to foster sustainable adoption of solutions.

I also work on designing business AI assistants, automating processes, improving user experience, and managing transformation projects that integrate AI.
