With my structured and organized way of working, my quick comprehension, commitment and flexibility, I have already been able to support and advance projects.

Furthermore, I can empathize excellently with customers and meet them where they have their problem. Customers rate my commitment to them as very friendly, attentive, reliable, and fast. Leadership qualities in customer relationships round off my way of working.

Recently, I completed further training as a Scrum Master.

For me, team means inviting, encouraging, and inspiring each other.

During my projects, a main task was to introduce new software. This includes capturing, documenting, and specifying requirements and presenting them to superiors. This was associated with suggestions for improvement for the software. I enjoy testing, documenting, and creating training materials for users very conscientiously.
