Creation of the purchasing policy and its group process, monitoring dashboard, KPI implementation, expense categorization, Purchasing strategy, target savings plan, implementation of TCO analysis, P2P redesign, category Management "Make or Buy" for all group families, negotiation, contract, monitoring, supplier evaluation.

I will define needs with business experts, research and compare tenders presented by suppliers and negotiate the purchase contracts of products or services for the best conditions, costs and delays.
