My 20 years of marketing/communication and team management in companies have given me the secret to the success of many professional projects... at the heart of it: the Human, their commitment, their richness, their diversity, their creativity... and also their complexity!

Managing a team can indeed be as challenging as it is bewildering! Gaining perspective without getting too detached, steering without controlling everything, uniting the team without being "in the team"... these are all levers to adjust to quickly meet objectives!
