With over fifteen years of experience at the intersection of project management, institutional development, and international cooperation, I work with cultural institutions, agencies, foundations, and professional organizations on concrete missions: end-to-end project coordination, strategy and development of public and private partnerships, professional network facilitation, institutional communication consulting, and mapping and analysis of cultural ecosystems.

What sets me apart: a dual operational and strategic background, cross-sectoral knowledge of the visual arts, publishing, and performing arts sectors, and a solid network in France, the United States, and Europe. I have managed organizations (Reiffers Art Initiatives, CPGA), led major events (Paris Gallery Weekend), conducted cultural diplomacy missions for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and supported artists internationally.
