I help managers increase their communication impact and assist their teams in working more effectively on a daily basis.

In many teams, the problem is not technical skills, but rather posture and the way interactions unfold.

My work consists of helping managers develop the soft skills and posture that allow them to:

- manage sometimes delicate conversations,

- say things clearly,

- gain confidence,

- support their team's dynamics and productivity.

Thanks to my master's degree in communication and marketing and my business experience, I understand the realities on the ground that managers face.

My approach is based on Erickson Coaching, NLP, and the psychology of communication and organizations.
