I am an independent family genealogist, based in Vendée, and I assist families who wish to discover their origins, even without any prior knowledge.

I also specialize in research on 19th-century artists and creators, reconstructing their family history, their journey, and their living context from French archives.

My goal is not just to find names, but to give a history and a face to people of the past.

As a historian by training, I am passionate about "small history": the kind that sheds light on the forgotten.

For me, genealogy is a true treasure hunt, allowing us to discover a little more about ourselves and bring our ancestors back to life.

Writing the biographies of painters and sculptors whose works we sell in our online art gallery with my husband reminded me of my love for research and writing.

Little by little, I delved into family history and honed my skills as a biographer.

With all this work completed, I now offer you my perspective as a researcher, my expertise as a historian, my time, and my writing talents to bring your ancestors back to life on paper, placing them in the context of their time, so that you can hear the gentle whisper of your ancestors.
