I have built the majority of my project and program experience in the financial sector. During the more than 15 years of work experience I have gained, I have gone through all facets of business operations. There were projects in the back office mainly focused on process efficiency, in the mid office, setting up an operational center, and the front office, customer contact, managing operational assistants, and assisting management.

With the rise of AML regulations, I began to delve into and specialize in all processes surrounding KYC, KYT, Mifid, and so on.

My most recent experience is based on the conscious switch I made to leave the financial sector and explore the retail world. This, combined with a more IT-driven environment, allows me to learn new aspects of project management, but also of myself.

This last point is certainly typical of me as a person. I am someone who likes to jump into the deep end. New challenges do not scare me, on the contrary. Give me a blank page and I will write a story on it. The less framework, the better, although the opposite is certainly also comfortable to work within.

I am looking for those projects where I can make a difference, but also have the freedom to define them in terms of time commitment, location, and work rhythm, based on open communication and respect for the wishes of both parties.

It is difficult for me to get used to a rigid structure where there is little room for initiative. A very controlling environment or a non-dynamic work atmosphere are not motivating for me.
