I support small and medium-sized enterprises, marketing managers, and (sole) self-employed individuals in expanding their marketing to be effective. As a marketing trainer, I work on the principle of "help for self-help": I impart knowledge, create structure, and strengthen my clients' marketing expertise so they can act independently in the long term.
I also enjoy taking on complete marketing tasks as a freelance marketing expert. Whether on a project basis, for a longer period, or in an interim mandate. I adapt to the need and quickly get to grips with topics, teams, and structures. It's important to me that marketing provides relief and doesn't create additional pressure.
Marketing has been with me for over 15 years, both on the agency and corporate side. I have been a campaign manager for the Leipziger Gruppe, Head of Corporate Communications at a housing cooperative, and built the marketing for a software startup, among other roles. Since 2021, I have been self-employed and support my clients as a marketing expert.
I work in a structured and solution-oriented manner. Concepts, in my opinion, must not only sound good but also function in everyday business life. My areas of expertise include the further development of business models, the creation of individual brand positioning, and the development of tailored marketing concepts. Additionally, I focus on B2B marketing with LinkedIn.
Especially young companies often wish for professional support but cannot yet afford it financially. That's why my marketing consulting can be subsidized by the BAFA or SAB, where I am an accredited consultant.
