I am a professional with 35 years of work experience, of which more than 15 as a manager. In these years, I have learned that I enjoy guiding and helping people the most. Because of this insight, I found myself at a crossroads in my career. To ensure my own sustainable participation, I decided to change course and realize my dream: setting up my own coaching practice, and in addition, fulfilling interim management assignments.

In recent years, I have completed a post-HBO training as a professional coach, obtained a one-year practitioner certificate in NLP, and a certificate as a positive health coach.

I work according to the guidelines of the International Coach Federation. This means, among other things, that I adhere to the (ethical) code of conduct of the ICF, and that I keep my skills and knowledge up to date through training, intervision, and supervision.

As a coach and as a manager, I challenge my clients and employees in a very concrete way to arrive at new or renewed insights themselves. In this way, clients and employees (re)take their own responsibility and the lead. I am naturally interested in people. How can I help stuck individuals or teams get back on track, how can I motivate individuals or teams again, how can I help remove blockages, etc. I am genuinely happy when I can guide people and/or teams in their (personal) development, on the way to sustainable participation.

In this role, I was the manager of the Arriva bus branch in Herten-Roermond, leading 120 employees. I was responsible for the complete daily operation, such as: steering on KPIs, personnel matters, planning, schedules, annual plans, punctuality requirements, image, information provision, customer experience, complaint management, asset management, real estate, achievement of budget figures, etc. As a team manager, I was also the one who connected the shop floor with and to senior management, and vice versa.
