I've spent the past 9+ years in People & Culture, working across different industries and wearing a lot of hats along the way. From shaping company culture and onboarding new hires to diving into employer branding, diversity & inclusion, recruitment, payroll, and compliance. Contributing at a strategic level as part of management teams, I've helped to guide change and make sure people are brought along in the process.

What keeps me motivated is the variety. I love that my work spans both the big-picture strategy and the day-to-day details and I’m keen on finding people-centered solutions. At the end of the day, I want to help build workplaces where people feel genuinely seen and supported.
