Within an Agile team, I contribute to the evolution of the Michelin TMS.

• Facilitating business workshops, gathering requirements, and translating them into product vision.

• Writing and refining user stories, defining acceptance criteria, managing and structuring the backlog.

• Close collaboration with stakeholders and development teams to ensure functional consistency and delivered business value.

• Transverse coordination with other logistics applications (WMS, FOP, OOM, Transporeon…) to ensure the integration and fluidity of end-to-end processes.

• Managing testing phases (UAT, non-regression, interfaces), validating increments, and functional TMS configuration.

• Contribution to production rollouts and post-go-live monitoring: flux monitoring, incident analysis, correction prioritization, and continuous product improvement.

Renewal of ERPs for Euromaster at the European level. Managing a team of 6 people, coordinating resources, tracking schedules and budgets, WPM reporting.

International context.

Monitoring the implementation of a CRM. Agile project management. Testing monitoring. Collection and formatting of existing data for import. Production deployment monitoring. Change management and training actions. GDPR referent for compliance implementation.
