The method I have developed combines the various training courses I have received:

searching for verticality in speech and the person's identity through coaching, working on the voice, enunciation and body through my training as an actress, mental preparation and self-confidence through NLP.

This method is far from a standard toolbox that allows you to express yourself in front of an audience; it is largely a work on oneself allowing to align the speech with the identity of the person, to use the singularity of each to gain resonance and amplitude.
