Breathwork facilitator, I guide individuals and teams to better regulate stress and emotions through conscious breathing.

Before dedicating myself to breathwork, I spent 10 years as an engineer and pedagogical coordinator in companies and training organizations (course design, group facilitation, project coordination). This dual experience gives me an approach that is both demanding and accessible: I structure my coaching with the rigor of a training professional, and I create the necessary safe space for physical and emotional work.

I lead individual, duo, and group sessions (up to 8 people), both online and in person in Marseille. Each session follows a precise pedagogical framework: explanation of sensations, breathing guidance, post-session support to anchor the benefits over time.

For companies, I offer workshops on stress management, burnout prevention, and team cohesion, positioned within the framework of Quality of Life at Work (QVCT), built with the same rigor as my previous professional training.
