It was in 2013 that I fell into the IT pot! During my work-study program, I had the chance to be entrusted with a major HRIS deployment project (supplier relations, needs assessment, testing sessions, user training...). Building on this experience of almost 3 years, and additional training in IT management, I was able to leverage my new knowledge on another large-scale project: the implementation of an IT system allowing IT teams to manage, track, and optimize user requests, both at headquarters and in overseas missions.
