- Lead and implement HR strategy.

- Lead and implement the recruitment policy to support strong growth and seasonality and develop employer brand and company attractiveness.

- Lead the skills development plan and career management processes (compensation, annual review management, etc.) to identify and retain company talent.

- Lead the compensation policy.

- Ensure social relations management with the CSE and union representatives (negotiations, agreements, meetings, etc.).

- Define, contribute to and support various projects (HRIS, GPEC, etc.) and HR processes.

- Supervise administrative and legal personnel management (payroll, contracts, etc.).

- Lead the quality of work life policy (social events, etc.) and promote company culture and employer brand.

- Organize change management to support strategic evolutions and organizational changes.

- Act as a Business Partner by providing advice and support to managers on all HR-related aspects (performance improvement, developing teams and talent, support in individual situations, communication, legal, etc.).

- Ensure compliance with social regulations and monitor adherence to health and safety rules.

- Management of a team of 3 people.
