Within the ALFABETS group (SRT, LMX, Kintesys et SAT), I took charge of the comprehensive structuring of the finance function: deployment of LUCCA and ACS, strengthening of SAGE 100 processes, and harmonisation of the group chart of accounts. I led the end-to-end merger of two group entities, coordinating the overhaul of tools and processes as well as the accounting and tax monitoring of the transaction. In parallel, I implemented a quarterly closing process across all group subsidiaries and built an operational reporting framework for the Supervisory Board, incorporating key financial indicators and strategic decision-making insights. I also managed group cash flow, led the administrative and accounting team, identified external financing solutions — tax credits, grants and innovation schemes — and oversaw ESG reporting.

Au sein du groupe ALFABETS (SRT, LMX, Kintesys et SAT), j'ai pris en charge la structuration complète de la fonction finance : déploiement de LUCCA et ACS, renforcement des process SAGE 100 et harmonisation du plan comptable groupe. J'ai piloté de bout en bout la fusion de deux entités du groupe, en coordonnant la refonte des outils et process ainsi que le suivi comptable et fiscal de l'opération. En parallèle, j'ai mis en place une clôture trimestrielle sur l'ensemble des filiales et construit un reporting opérationnel destiné au Conseil de Surveillance, intégrant les indicateurs financiers clés et les éléments d'aide à la décision stratégique. J'ai également assuré le pilotage de la trésorerie groupe, le management de l'équipe administrative et comptable, l'identification de solutions de financement externes — crédits d'impôts, subventions et dispositifs d'innovation — ainsi que le suivi du reporting ESG.

As Deputy CFO at Moongy, I oversaw and analysed the group's monthly reporting, contributed to both statutory and consolidated account closings, and designed a comprehensive budgeting process across all group entities. I also supported the evaluation of external growth targets and the structuring of financing files. My role encompassed in-depth financial analysis and coordination of the processes implemented by group management.

CFO of an operational subsidiary integrated into a large group (MoOngy), with oversight of all support functions: Accounting & Consolidation, Management Control, Sales Administration (ADV), and Human Resources. Cross-functional and central role between general management, group financial management, and operational teams.

Key missions:

Financial and administrative steering of a multi-entity scope (parent company + 3 subsidiaries), in close liaison with the group's financial management

Implementation and animation of financial reporting for general management, group financial management, and sales teams — dashboards, performance indicators, budget monitoring

Supervision and coordination of accounting, management control, ADV, and HR teams; training and support for employees in skill development

Active participation in the deployment of Workday (US ERP): functional configuration, change management, interface with group IT teams

Guarantor of the reliability of accounts and compliance with legal and regulatory obligations across the entire scope
