Supervision and construction management/ Quality control/ Synthesis coordination/ Planning tools mastery/ Ensuring deadlines are met/ Project financial management (Additional works, FTM, OS, work situations up to DGD/ Assistance to the Project Owner until acceptance and resolution of all reservations/ DOE and Wish List

- Ensure project management by studying the most relevant creative choices considering the technical, functional, and commercial constraints of the project.

- Coordinate feasibility studies in conjunction with the design office

- Supervise the administrative procedures and financial arrangements necessary for project launch (building permit application, obtaining authorizations…).

- Prepare the technical files necessary for the launch of consultation phases (CONCEPTUAL DESIGN/ DETAILED DESIGN/ TENDER DOCUMENTS)

- Planning and coordination of works until the completion of the project

- Assist the client during the acceptance of works and audit the quality of the achievements (identification of construction defects, non-compliance defects…) in order to formulate reservations if necessary.
