My goal is to help you develop your organization/startup strategy, your products, and your employees using my 30+ years of experience in international business, including 12 at the executive level, and my coaching skills. My approach is to listen, analyze, and create solutions with you that have an immediate effect, but are also sustainable and profitable. Solutions are developed for integration into the complete organizational system and for team acceptance. The skills acquired as an executive leader in program, engineering, customer service, digital, purchasing, and supply chain quality allow me to act in a multitude of areas and at all levels of the organization, including the highest levels of leadership both internally and externally (suppliers or customers). Having created international teams, created and transformed processes, managed crisis recovery, and delivered major programs, I am able to quickly provide you with pragmatic solutions that work. This is a major advantage for companies/startups that need immediate and robust results. From a personal perspective, my American/French mix brings an international flavor to my work, and I bring a significant amount of energy and commitment to every project.
