Creation of an automated Word template (Word and Excel) for the product reference catalog, 72 pagesWINE AND SPIRITSMarch 2026 - April 2026On this project, I assisted my client in transforming their 72-page catalog, which was originally in InDesign, into a simpler tool to manage daily in Word.- Layout: I took all the content from the InDesign catalog and rebuilt it neatly in Word. I created style sheets to keep the document well-organized and the layout stable, even for future modifications.
- Price automation: As prices were managed in an Excel spreadsheet, I set up a small VBA macro. This allows for automatic price updates in the catalog.
I delivered to the client an easy-to-use Word template.
