Project: Refurbishment of a nuclear submarine docking basin and its maintenance facilities.

Tasks performed: preparation of upcoming civil engineering, foundation, and VRD activities: implementation of the specific quality system in line with nuclear safety requirements and taking into account the confidential nature of documents. Application for environmental permits: ICPE, Water Law.

Project: Rehabilitation of an airport terminal hall and creation of a "terminal heart" to connect two halls.

Tasks performed: preparation and monitoring of various site activities: earthworks with contaminated soil, demolition, deconstruction with asbestos presence, deep foundations and piles, construction of diaphragm walls, civil engineering with a significant prefabrication phase in a nearby factory. For the rehabilitation part: hard floors, soft floors, partitions, painting, electricity... Site environmental management: waste, awareness-raising for workers, management of the project's HQE certification, presence of a water table under the project and discharge into a protected area, presence of contaminated soil and asbestos, monitoring of site consumption indicators. Monthly information to stakeholders through the creation of a site "newsletter".

Project: Boat lift for the La Ciotat Shipyards.

Tasks performed: quality and environmental preparation of the site before the start of earthworks, maritime works, and civil engineering. Quality monitoring of activities and management of site environmental issues, particularly due to maritime works in a marine area classified as a "national park" and the presence of contaminated soil from the site's industrial past. Resolution of defects and final as-built documentation at the end of the construction.
