Purchasing Manager with over 15 years of experience in strategic purchasing in multi-site industrial environments. I support companies in their performance, transformation, and purchasing function structuring challenges, both in France and internationally.

I work on multi-category purchasing portfolios, direct and indirect, reaching up to €100 million (raw materials, chemicals, energy, CAPEX, maintenance, logistics, services...) to secure supplies, optimize costs, and create sustainable value.
