Commercial project manager specializing in the movement and logistics of artworks for cultural institutions, museums, private foundations, and luxury/couture houses.

I support players in the art and culture world in designing, managing, and deploying tailor-made logistical solutions, in connection with exhibition projects, artwork loans, cultural events, and international artistic programming.

My role involves:

> Developing and retaining a client portfolio

> In-depth understanding of the artistic, technical, and institutional challenges related to the artworks,

> Coordinating complex projects with operational teams, technical staff, and partners,

> Creating lasting relationships of trust with demanding stakeholders.

Multidisciplinary Cultural Event | Music – Movement – Afro Heritage

Roots Mechanics is a concept I conceived and developed to highlight Afro-diasporic roots through body, sound, and cultural transmission.

🔹 Role & Missions:

Artistic and cultural concept design for the event

Production Management: coordination of participants, logistics, planning

Programming: DJ sets, live concerts, Afro Yoga, talks, and workshops

Set Design & Visual Identity: defining the aesthetic and sensory universe

Communication & Promotion: content creation, social media management, press relations

Partnerships & Development: fundraising, collaboration with cultural organizations, artists, and committed brands

🌱 Roots Mechanics is an invitation to explore bodily and sonic mechanics derived from Afro heritage, in an immersive and welcoming atmosphere, blending artistic practice, celebration, and reconnection.

EXHIBITION "DISCO: I'M COMING OUT" - CITE DE LA MUSIQUE

For this exhibition project, I organized the following logistical and administrative operations:

> Implementation of the schedule and coordination of pick-up operations from various French lenders

> Coordination of pick-ups and delivery to the Philharmonie, with European service providers, for artworks temporarily imported from Switzerland, Italy, the Netherlands, and Germany

> Coordination of pick-ups and delivery to CDG Airport, with American service providers, for artworks temporarily imported from New York, Washington, Houston, and Miami

> Validation of the schedule and installation team, and organization of artwork deliveries to the Philharmonie

> Preparation of temporary import customs formalities

> Compliance with the budget of the Philharmonie de Paris
