Hello,
Independent for over 3 years, with a varied skill set, I can offer you two main types of support:
- Transformation support missions for VSEs/SMEs: company diagnosis in terms of HR, management, processes, and projects / transformation support and project management
- Sociological study missions to better understand your market, customers, or employees (sociology of organizations)
I studied at ESCP (a top business school) and worked in various sectors, services, and for companies of very different sizes, thus possessing extensive knowledge of different professional environments. Some sectors in particular:
- Public policies (I worked for several months with a firm specializing in public policies - employment, training, social affairs)
- CSR issues (I participated in a major sociological study with ADEME on environmental practices in companies and among individuals)
- Telecoms (experience as a program manager at France Telecom for 2 years and a long-term mission with an SME specializing in Telecoms)
- Food production (experience as a cook and production manager in a food processing company)
