Cultural and artistic development – Historic site. Conception and implementation of artistic projects within a heritage site. Programming of cultural events, coordination of artists, and organization of outreach activities for the public. Contribution to the cultural dynamism of the territory and the attractiveness of the site.

Strategy, management, and development of 360° communication and consultation projects aimed at enhancing the development of the former Renault grounds in Boulogne-Billancourt (74 hectares including the Trapèze, Île Seguin, and the Pont de Sèvres district). Management of communication agencies. Management of a team of 5 people. Responsible for public procurement: writing, launching, budget management. Valorization of the project to all audiences: nearly 300 visits conducted, over 50 events organized with project partners: elected officials, associations, residents, developers, architects, urban planners, landscape architects... In charge of internal communication: organization of events (team building, conferences, company parties…), development of an internal graphic charter, newsletters… Responsible for the CSE (Economic and Social Committee).
