After eight years as an IT engineer in France, I chose to travel solo. For eight months, I traveled through Southeast Asia and New Zealand. Upon my return, I obtained my CAP in pastry-making as an independent candidate, with the idea of one day opening my own tea room. But the travel bug caught me again, and I left for longer this time.
