My work involved understanding how different departments operated, identifying inefficiencies, and ensuring that new solutions met the real needs of the business.

I collaborated with Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and Operations teams, acting as a liaison between local teams and international project leaders. I participated in initiatives related to Salesforce and SAP, supporting users throughout the change process.

Beyond technology, my focus was always on improving how people work: simplifying processes, eliminating unnecessary tasks, and facilitating collaboration between departments.

This experience reinforced one of my main strengths: combining a global business vision with a very practical way of working. I like to understand the complete context, but also get involved in execution so that changes translate into real results.

At Iventions, I worked with the company's management to organize and optimize diverse areas such as finance, human resources, systems, and operations.

My role consisted of identifying what was hindering the business and transforming it into simpler processes, better-connected tools, and more efficient ways of working.

I participated in digitalization projects, automation, process definition, reporting, and organizational improvement, always with a very practical, results-oriented approach. Improving coordination with the external accounting firm, which supported employee documentation preparation, payroll, tax requirements, fiscal closings, etc.

During this period, the company experienced strong growth, multiplying its revenue by seven. Process optimization, digitalization, and the creation of more scalable structures allowed us to support this growth without operational complexity increasing at the same pace.

With a generalist business view, I quickly understand how challenges in finance, HR, or commercial areas fit into the organization as a whole.

It is precisely this ability to connect areas, solve specific problems, and support execution that I currently bring to my clients as an independent consultant.

At PageGroup, I was responsible for an international team handling financial processes for several European countries.

A significant part of my work involved area management, monthly and annual closings, audits, data analysis, bottleneck identification, and leading continuous improvement initiatives that allowed teams to spend less time on administrative tasks and more time on value-added activities.
