Promoted to a corporate role after a 5-month assignment at the new Italian headquarters in Milan to ensure the successful cultural transformation process of the new group across 25 countries and 10,000 employees. Responsible for the implementation of the Group Employee Listening Program (annual engagement survey, deep-dive surveys on key topics, Moments-That-Matter lifecycle surveys). Part of the core team supporting the merger, responsible for the development and implementation of new corporate values and behaviors.
