After nearly twenty years in Human Resources Management, in environments as demanding as luxury hotels, restaurants, and more broadly the service sector, I chose to give a new impetus to my career by dedicating myself to professional coaching and HR consulting.

I am currently continuing my coach training with Coaching Ways to obtain RNCP certification and ICF accreditation. I have already validated Level 1, which is recognized and certifying, allowing me to practice legitimately. Furthermore, I have specialized in school coaching using the integral vision approach during an ICF-certified training, to more specifically support young people in their career choices and their development.
