Conception and setup of an internal wiki as a central knowledge system for the team, including HR processes, routines, and operational procedures. Contact person for People & Operations in a growing, cross-location team.

Freelance project management for design studios, agencies, gastronomy businesses, and event productions. Planning and management of projects from the briefing phase to acceptance: coordination of teams and stakeholders, client communication, and operational implementation.

I bring an unusual combination: over 10 years of project management in the creative industry, several years of operations management and team leadership in gastronomy, and a degree in sociology. This makes me a project manager who not only manages but also understands what is really happening in teams and businesses.

I am a good observer, work in a structured way, and create spaces where others can work well. Being a host is not a role for me, but an attitude that transfers to every collaboration.

I step in where speed and experience are needed: during project peaks, capacity bottlenecks, or when someone is needed who can get started immediately. Available in Hamburg and remotely.
