I fell into the world of training and coaching from a young age. But, to understand why I created my company, you first need to understand the world in which I grew up.

1991, here I am arriving in Dakar (Senegal) in a family involved in humanitarian work.

You know the saying that "when a man is hungry, it is better to teach him to fish than to give him fish"?

This is exactly the vision in which I lived for the first 18 years of my life, in Africa.

And this is exactly the one I have today when I coach a company. I seek above all to understand its needs, its beliefs, its skills, its availability, its resources... In order to help it create and implement the most suitable strategy for it (and one that it can sustain autonomously and durably).

This is how, together, we dust off your company's image and give it a voice through the power of digital tools: with strategy, simplicity, and personality.
