- Julio RibesSalud_CircadianaHEALTH AND WELLNESSMarch 2026 - March 2026Barcelona, SpainDuring this project, I developed a complete web application to assess circadian health, transforming a scientific test into a digital tool capable of analyzing data, generating personalized results, and capturing users automatically.The platform allows for an interactive test of 35 questions designed to evaluate the degree of synchronization of the biological clock. Based on the user's responses, the system calculates various indicators in real-time: estimated circadian age, circadian synchronization index, detected circadian profile, main limiting factor, and personalized recommendations aimed at improving health habits.Technically, I developed a calculation engine in TypeScript that processes the questionnaire responses and generates a clearly interpreted result for the user. This result is displayed immediately after completing the test, offering a fast and understandable experience.The application was built with React, Vite, and TypeScript, using a modern architecture focused on performance. All infrastructure is supported by Firebase and Cloud Firestore, where the data from each test performed is stored in a structured manner, including responses, results, and user data.The platform is deployed in the cloud using Firebase Hosting, ensuring high availability, security through HTTPS, and an infrastructure prepared to scale.Furthermore, the architecture allows for easy integration of functionalities such as automatic email of results, user tracking, and data analysis, turning the test into a tool for capturing and understanding user behavior.
