In my role as HR Manager, I am involved in:

• Supporting managers and managing complex HR situations

• Managing social dialogue (Works Council, Health and Safety Committee, union delegation)

• Steering and implementing HR projects with organizational impact

• Coordinating payroll processes and managing HR teams

• Developing pragmatic HR practices aligned with operational realities
