All organizations go through pivotal moments: a launch, a repositioning, a growth phase to structure, an evolving market, a product to transform. These moments require cross-functional analysis, a clear method, and the ability to translate a vision into an action plan.

This has been the common thread throughout twenty-five years of projects.

Marketing Director and member of the Executive Committee for fifteen years (La Trinitaine, Louisiane, Hamiform), then an independent consultant since 2018, I support leaders and organizations in their business development: clarifying the direction, building the action plan, coordinating stakeholders, and achieving results. Marketing and communication are tools in my approach, not the core subject.

My roots: the Breton and Morbihan region, which I know in depth, its economic, cultural, and associative actors, and beyond that, wherever a project deserves to be well managed.
