Develop the client portfolio and contribute to the allocation of sectors and assignment of salespeople. Supervise, monitor, and support employees in their daily activities. Ensure smooth communication between clients and the company's administration and ensure service quality with clients. Achieve sales objectives (distribution network, turnover). Participate in the development and implementation of sales action plans for the sector and monitor the implementation of current procedures and track the smooth running of activities. Report field issues and propose corrective actions. Build customer loyalty and ensure a good relationship with the company. Conduct competitive intelligence.

Implement the restaurant's commercial and administrative policy, manage the team and the dining room to offer better customer service, supervise the supply of the storeroom and coordinate with the chefs to offer superior quality products, ensure the smooth running of operations and apply necessary hygiene measures.

As part of fulfilling our duty to our country, I enlisted to complete my military service, and after the revolution of January 14th, the Tunisian state extended my service in the reserve army corps.
