I am a Berlin-based Project Manager & Product Owner with 10+ years of experience delivering end-to-end digital transformation initiatives across automotive, travel, e-commerce, government, and SaaS environments. I hold a Global MBA from Berlin and I am a SAFe 6 POPM certified practitioner with strong hands-on experience partnering with cross-functional engineering, design, QA, and data teams to build high-impact products.

Over the past decade, I’ve led complex programs for clients such as Honda Motors (USA)—modernizing their global digital ecosystem, managing 30+ stakeholders, driving Agile delivery, and improving feature adoption through UX optimization and CI/CD integration. I also contributed to transformation work for Virgin Voyages / Disney Cruise, helping enhance guest-experience platforms and streamlining multi-team workflows.

I work comfortably in high-velocity SaaS environments using Jira, Confluence, Notion, ClickUp, Trello, Azure DevOps, and modern DevOps practices.
