Update 2024:

Over the summer, I did the project management for an internal move for an NGO with over 100 employees, which involved downsizing from 2000 to 1000 square meters. Over 90% of the workplaces were moved as part of a rotation. "In addition," we disposed of 20 tons of furniture, documents and waste. A large part of this was also the ongoing communication with the management, the employees and the works council.

Since spring 2024, I have been supervising the teams in the Global Real Estate (Office Services, Facilities, Security, Health&Safety) division of an American media group in Berlin, Budapest, Warsaw, Stockholm, Copenhagen (approx. 1000 employees in total) as a Senior Workplace Manager as part of an interim mandate.

Presentation 2018:

I spent two years leading the Real Estate Office team at a listed e-commerce company and have been doing smaller real estate projects as a freelancer since last year (i.e. no longer 10,000 square meters upwards, but more in the range of 200-2000 square meters).

For example, I helped a Fintech start-up with the renovation work and furnishing of their new office space at Hackescher Markt - here more or less as an all-rounder, as everyone in a start-up is usually too busy for such projects ;-)

I have been helping another Fintech with selected sub-projects as part of the move to new space since February - primarily to relieve the existing team of time. Here I am more in the area of Facility Management.

Since I also have many years of experience as an office manager in medium-sized professional services companies and as an HR manager, I know how important it is that the change that a move or new space brings with it should ultimately represent an improvement for the employees compared to the status quo. My suggestions are tried and tested!
