In my role as Team Lead Online Marketing/E-commerce, I am responsible for all aspects of digital marketing for both the Lidl webshop (BE) and the physical Lidl stores (BE and LU). My focus is on developing and implementing results-oriented digital marketing strategies and tactics. I work closely with my cross-functional team, consisting of specialists in paid media/performance marketing, SEO, CRO, website management, email marketing, CRM, social media, and influencer marketing. Our common goal is to optimize digital campaigns, increase Lidl's online visibility, and improve the webshop's performance. By making data-driven decisions and applying innovative marketing solutions, I strive to achieve and exceed business objectives.

As a digital marketing consultant & communication planner at the communication agency Duke & Grace, I worked strategically in integrated teams with other stakeholders such as development, UX/UI, creative campaigning, copywriting, business strategy, etc. I served as the link to translate strategic principles into tactical execution for clients, which the online marketing team could then further develop. Coaching and guiding online marketers was part of my daily tasks.

As an online marketer, I helped clients achieve their marketing goals by bringing the right message to the right target audiences. At Duke & Grace, I gained extensive digital experience in both B2C and B2B markets. My client portfolio consists of a wide range of different challenges, from e-commerce to lead generation and all-round digital communication.
