With my Project Management Office, I have been active for many years as a service provider in the field of construction project management. My activities and those of my employees essentially include project management and project leadership as well as object planning and structural design of construction projects in building construction in accordance with AHO Heft 9 from 2020 and HOAI in its current version. I specialize in subsidized construction as well as the execution and realization of publicly funded construction projects. I particularly focus on the renovation and modernization of historic buildings.

Furthermore, I undertake cost determination according to DIN 276, quantity surveying according to DIN 277, cost control and monitoring of construction measures, preparation of tenders according to VgV, and participation in the award process. I create specifications and provide comprehensive project support, including construction supervision and project completion with the associated proof of use.
