In my role as Interim HR Manager, I have been taking responsibility for complex transformation and crisis situations for several years – particularly in the industrial, automotive, and unionized company sectors with works councils.

Works Council & Collective Agreements (incl. IG Metall & Verdi)

I have extensive experience in trusting and strategic collaboration with works councils. I support the implementation and negotiation of works agreements, social plans, and collective bargaining agreements, especially with IG Metall and Verdi. In a project involving multiple works councils and two collective agreements, I successfully managed restructurings, performance management, and change processes.

Automotive & Industrial Projects

I bring particular expertise from automotive projects, including as the HR lead during an insolvency phase with social plan creation and in classic HR work from A-Z. In other industrial assignments, I was responsible for post-merger integration, implementation of HR systems (including Personio, Workday), time management, and payroll.
