As an Agile Coach I use systemic thinking while implementing structural organisational changes taking into account their long term effects. As a transformative team coach I support teams in becoming a healthy high performing team, where everyone can live up to their potential. As a Business and Executive Coach I focus my full attention towards the goal of the leader and support him\her on their journey in achieving their goals, successes defined by them. I also mentor Scrum Masters, as I believe the knowledge must be shared. As I believe in authenticity, I am an avid lifelong-learner and constant self-developer, so I do what I teach(preach), therefore I became a Process Communication Model Trainer and Coach, and became a supervisor, so I can provide more support for those who also help others.
