Member of the End-to-End integration team Objectives: • Definition and implementation of test plans: • Development, implementation, and monitoring of detailed test plans. • Creation and execution of test cases covering all functionalities and use scenarios. • Participation in the project study phase: • Contribution to project study and design phases to understand requirements and define appropriate testing strategies. • Execution of integration tests: • Performing integration tests to verify interoperability between different modules and services. • Test automation: • Contribution to the test automation strategy. • Development and maintenance of automated test scripts (API, SFTP with Amazon tools, CURL, Shell, Selenium). • End-to-end testing: • Execution of end-to-end tests to ensure software quality from the beginning to the end of the process. • Reporting on the quality and status of tested software. • Improvement of continuous integration processes: • Active participation in the continuous improvement of continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) processes. • Defect management: • Reporting defects in Jira with clear and detailed information to facilitate resolution by developers. • Quality assurance reports: • Creation of quality assurance reports for each project delivery. • Provision of regular and accurate reports using key performance indicators (KPIs) related to testing activities (design, execution, automation, regression). Implementation of a test automation cell, including the selection and implementation of technologies such as Cucumber with Java, Jira, and a continuous integration platform. • Reorganization of the project in Agile mode, facilitating the transformation from a V-cycle to an Agile methodology. • Coaching and mentoring clients on project methodologies, ensuring a smooth and effective transition. • Leading Scrum ceremonies as Scrum Master, supporting the team in adopting Agile practices and facilitating communication. • Training and mentoring an intern within the automation cell, ensuring skill transfer and professional development. • Configuration and management of the Jenkins server for continuous integration, optimizing deployment and test automation processes.

In a SAFe Program, responsible for several testers in the Cargo Commercial train • Management of a team of testers in a SAFe program within the Cargo Commercial train, focusing on Agile projects. • Participation in the qualification of test needs, including requirements analysis, POCs, as well as coaching and consulting on testing. • Development of the service contract with the domain Test Manager or head of department. • Definition and planning of testing activities, including the development of the test strategy based on risk analysis. • Writing the test plan, setting up test scenarios, and reporting results. • Leading automation studies and collaborating on test project management within the AF KLM test service center. • Assisting the domain Test Manager in monitoring service contracts for various projects. • Participation in improving tools and practices within the Test service center, integrating new tools, including for mobile and API testing. • Raising awareness of quality issues in Agile projects. Areas of intervention: • Airport: applications related to baggage tracking and • Cargo: applications related to booking, tracking, and customs. • Commercial and marketing. Objectives: • Promotion of the AF/KLM Test Service Center, its service catalog, and best practices to develop the business. • Delivery of services requiring a Test Manager or Test Coordinator profile. • Coordination of services delivered by the back office of the Test service center in collaboration with the Sogeti Service Manager. • Capitalization of best practices and implementation of documentation and processes for the AF/KLM Test Service Center.
