With 19 years of experience in management control, having worked within companies from various backgrounds and compositions, which have allowed me to develop strong adaptability and flexibility as well as a rapid understanding of the main challenges, I hope to be able to provide you with the answers to your needs in this area.

My conception of management control is more focused on a role of business partner, facilitator, and advisor in order to support non-financial staff, with the aim of aiding decision-making.

I also have a strong affinity for IT systems, with experience as a project manager and as an AMOA in the implementation of ERP, EPM, and BI tools (SAP / Board / OneStream / Power BI).

Furthermore, my ability to take a step back, bring a fresh perspective, and a critical mind, has allowed me to implement service redesigns, working methods, internal processes, but also to carry out strategic repositioning of the FP&A role as a business partner.

My experiences have provided me with expertise in budget preparation, forecasting, reducing closing times, and optimizing reporting and KPIs.

My ability to synthesize and "simplify" financial data is a strong point of my profile, thus allowing me to bring my stakeholders the added value of the management controller they expect, for agile and relevant decision-making.

Finally, the diversification of business sectors through my experience has allowed me to broaden my scope of competence and action on the challenges of the management control role and will enable me to assess how I can assist you in your expectations in this area.
