With 19 years of experience in management control, having worked in companies of various backgrounds and compositions, which have allowed me to develop strong adaptability and flexibility as well as a quick understanding of the main issues, I hope to be able to provide you with the answers to your needs in this area.

My concept of management control is more focused on a business partner, support, and consulting role in order to be a support for non-financial staff, with a view to assisting in decision-making.

I also have a strong interest in IT systems, with experience as a project manager and AMOA in the implementation of ERP, EPM, and BI tools (SAP / Board / OneStream / Power BI).

Furthermore, my ability to take a step back, to bring a fresh perspective and critical thinking, has allowed me to implement service overhauls, work methods, internal processes, but also to carry out strategic repositioning of the FP&A role as a business partner.

My experience has provided me with expertise in budget preparation, forecasting, reducing closing times, and optimizing reporting and KPIs.

My ability to synthesize and "simplify" financial data is a strong point of my profile, thus allowing me to bring my stakeholders the added value of management control that they expect, with a view to agile and relevant decision-making.

Finally, the diversification of business sectors through my experience has allowed me to broaden my scope of skills and action on the issues of the management control role and will allow me to assess how I can help you with your expectations in this area.
