I was the first point of contact for all technical issues related to networks and telephony, effectively diagnosing and resolving customer incidents across all SFR-marketed offerings. My role combined active listening, empathy, and precise fault assessment to ensure the satisfaction and loyalty of customers, sales teams, and internal staff. I clearly explained best practices and participated in process development with service management. I also carried out detailed reporting of interventions, including the nature of faults, troubleshooting duration, and customer satisfaction levels. I handled various technologies such as SDSL, ADSL, FTTH, FTTB, TOIP, VOIP, FIREWALL, MSO365, while mastering diagnostic tools like DIAG V4, Asterisk, and VOIP solutions XIVO and WAZO. Finally, I qualified, analyzed, and assigned requests to teams via Salesforce to ensure prompt and efficient processing.
