Ploutos Origins provides a SaaS solution allowing companies to create their **fully customized AI agent**.

As CTO and founding member, I actively participated in building, structuring, and leading, from scratch, the initial technical and organizational foundations of the team, in an agile and scalable framework,

• defining the tech roadmap,

• defining objectives and key results (OKR) related to product development,

• defining the budget for tech development,

• benchmarking open-source solutions,

• benchmarking cloud resources,

• technological and competitive watch,

• organizing the tech department in an Agile spirit,

• documenting processes, methods, and procedures,

• popularizing, communicating, and transmitting knowledge to stakeholders,

• communicating and reporting results to stakeholders,

• recruiting human resources,

• "pre-sales" activities with clients,

• collaborating with customer support to iterate on the product.

As a "full stack" developer, I contributed significantly to

• designing, developing, testing, and deploying Ploutos Chat technology - the company's chatbot engine,

• designing, developing, testing, and deploying the Ploutos RAG system, enabling an LLM (remote or local) to answer questions based on client data (documents, websites, databases),

• designing, developing, testing, and deploying the Ploutos Creation system - a "no code" tool allowing sales representatives to easily design AI agents,

• developing, submitting, and reviewing a Meta connector, enabling chatbots to communicate on Meta social networks (Instagram, Facebook),

• developing the UI and UX of "web" AI agents,

• documenting processes, methods, and procedures,

• reporting and presenting results to stakeholders,

• maintaining the backlog and meeting defined deadlines and objectives.

Padam Mobility (a Siemens company) provides a white-label, turnkeyon-demand transportsolution for public authorities, public transport operators, and private companies.

As a member of the R&D team, working closely with the Product and Customer Success teams, I took an active part in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of:

• route and vehicle capacity optimization algorithms for on-demand transport (Dial-A-Ride Problem) for various use cases, e.g., for Persons with Reduced Mobility (PRM), scheduled services;

• learning and map-matching algorithms for trip time estimation based on collected ride data, significantly reducing the company's reliance on Google Maps;

• the backend, particularly data modeling (PostgreSQL via Django) supporting these algorithms.

As a research engineer in the R&D team, I launched exploratory projects, particularly in data exploration and visualization, to provide internal business intelligence tools.

As Director of Research at Padam Mobility, I initiated and developed partnerships with public research entities within collaborative research projects, including CIFRE PhDs. I also participated in recruiting various profiles: interns, R&D engineers, and PhD students. I also played a key role in projects related to the company's JEI status and CIR.

As project manager, I initiated and led an Agile team of 5 people (including 3 developers, 1 UX designer, and 1 financial auditor) in an "exploratory" project aiming toautomate audit testsusing AI. After surveying about fifty financial auditors in different firms, we quickly designed and developed a prototype and presented it to various industry stakeholders. The solution was presented at the HackAudit hackathon and subsequently became one of the 4 projects (out of 11) selected and incubated by EuraTechnologies.

As a developer, I actively participated in designing the solution's core architecture and developing document matching algorithms based on OCR, as well as the backend (database and API).
