I contributed to the "Flash" team, whose objective was:

- To ensure the stability and performance of the customer area applications, in collaboration with the Credit Agricole Assurances Digital Factory teams responsible for them.

- To design and implement new user journeys and features to enhance the customer experience on various applications.

In this regard, I:

- Supervised and trained my colleagues on Angular, thereby strengthening internal skills and optimizing code quality.

- Designed and deployed attractive static landing pages and added new features to existing journeys, improving customer engagement.

- Contributed to the migration of journeys to a new graphic component library based on web components, which optimized the interface's performance and visual consistency while facilitating future Angular version upgrades.

- Implemented dedicated access for quote journeys intended for non-connected users, thereby increasing conversion and prospect acquisition.

- Wrote unit tests, actively participated in code reviews and bug fixing, ensuring the application's robustness and longevity.

- Contributed to the implementation of agility within the team, by participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and user story estimations, fostering better project management and constant alignment with business objectives.

I participated in the design, development, and testing of high-performance user interfaces for a connected electrical equipment monitoring platform, with a strong user impact, in conjunction with an UX designer, the project's Product Owner, and the development team.

I collaborated within the MIKADO team, whose objective was the agile development and deployment of the "Mon compte Orange Pro" web application. I participated in the design/implementation, test execution, qualification, and commissioning of user journeys on this application, following the eXtreme Programming methodology: "lean" team, systematic pair programming, Test Driven Development, short cycles.
