Working on the evolution of TourKnife, a B2B ERP for travel operators, focusing on complex products and high operational load.

During this period, I am focused on organizing product and operations: clarifying concepts, defining workflows, reducing functional ambiguity, and progressively improving the user experience in an environment with a lot of case-specifics and legacy code.

I am involved daily with technology and business to prioritize realistically, balancing client needs, existing debt, and team capacity.

A significant part of the work involves laying foundations: documentation, decision-making criteria, defining states and processes, and establishing a way of working more oriented towards product than requests.

Responsible for defining and evolving the OpenWebinars product, aligning business strategy, user needs, and technical capabilities.

During this period, I helped establish a product culture in the organization: working from the problem, introducing discovery practices, defining clear objectives, and prioritizing by impact, not by volume of features.

Roadmap prioritization and decision-making with various stakeholders, working continuously with the technical team and other areas.

Involvement in the entire product lifecycle, from problem identification to solution delivery and validation.

I worked hand-in-hand with the technical team throughout the entire product lifecycle to ensure each feature delivered real value to the different users in the most efficient way.
