I designed and developed process automations using Make, contributing to process improvement, reduction of repetitive tasks, minimizing human errors, and improving execution times in business processes. Some of the automations I carried out include: AI-powered, via VAPI Lead Generation. Sending invoices to clients. CRM and ERP process automation. Improvements and maintenance of workflows. In addition to documenting internal processes, technical reports, I participated in the creation of an application within Make and trained a new team member in the use of Make.

I have designed, developed, optimized, and implemented process automations using no-code / low-code tools, aimed at eliminating repetitive tasks, reducing human errors, and increasing operational efficiency in different business areas.

Among the implemented automations are:

🔹 AI-powered intelligent assistant

System capable of making and receiving simultaneous calls, managing appointments, and answering frequently asked questions. Upon completion of each call, it automatically generates a full transcript, a summary with key points, the reason for termination, and other relevant data. All information can be directly integrated into a CRM, database, or other management systems.

🔹 Automated lead generation flow

Automation that allows obtaining key company data (name, activity, email, phone, descriptive summary, etc.), generating personalized emails based on main activity and other collected information, automating the sending of these emails, and storing all information in a CRM or database.

🔹 Generation and automated sending of personalized documentation

Workflow that automates the creation of documents (e.g., Digital Kit proposals), customizing templates with each client's data, automatically sending the documentation, and storing it in Google Drive, Google Sheets, or other connected services.
