I work as a trainer, business coach, and program designer for companies, consultancies, and academies. My focus areas are leadership development, communication, feedback, difficult conversations, strengths-based leadership, teamwork, psychological safety, hybrid collaboration, and meeting culture.

I undertake individual training sessions, workshops, and coaching, as well as the design of comprehensive leadership journeys and blended learning programs. This includes needs assessment, program design, piloting, implementation, evaluation, and transfer assurance. Digital learning formats, micro-learning, and e-learning design with Articulate Storyline are also part of my profile.

I combine business psychology and business administration with experience from corporations, SMEs, and consultancies. This allows me to understand both the strategic management of larger development programs and the direct work with managers and teams. My formats are clearly structured, interactive, practice-oriented, and tailored to the respective target group.

Depending on the project, I work in person, virtually, or hybrid and use suitable methods such as CliftonStrengths, Liberating Structures, seminar acting, virtual reality, digital whiteboards, or AI-supported learning impulses.
